Mamta Garg has 5+ yrs experience as an Assistant Professor in Educational Psychology-the science of modifying human behaviour through learning.

‘During my teaching career I worked on various theories on cause effect relationships. When I got to know about Functional Medicine and how diseases need to be addressed at the root cause, I found the opportunity to apply my experience of Educational psychology in counselling people who are on their healing journey. Our daily choices of food and environmental exposure plays an important role in the cause of diseases we develop. Changing the habits that we have inculcated over time can be challenging and that's where I help in making the journey easier.
