Hazelnut : Hazelnuts are a rich source of vitamins and minerals like vitamin E, manganese and copper. It has a high content of omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. Hazelnuts are rich in phenolic compounds that have been shown to increase antioxidant protection in the body. It may increase oxidative capacity and reduce blood lipid levels, which can help reduce the risk of heart disease.

Cocoa powder : It is rich in polyphenols, which have significant health benefits, including reduced inflammation and improved cholesterol levels. cocoa can support neuron production, brain function and improve blood flow and supply brain tissue. They may have a role in preventing age-related brain degeneration. It has positive effects on mood and symptoms of depression by reducing stress levels and improving calmness and overall psychological well-being.


  • 1 Ripen banana

  • 150 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ Cup roasted hazelnuts

  • 100 ml brewed coffee, chilled

  • 3 Dates, pitted

  • 1 Tablespoons cacao powder

  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of pink salt


  • Add the banana, almond milk, hazelnuts, chilled coffee, dates, cacao powder, vanilla, and pink salt to a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Serve it with chopped almond & hazelnut on top of it
