About the Recipe
The millets add a unique flavor to the cutlet.
So many veggies that goes into it makes it an amazing blend🎀
💠Half cup Foxtail millet (you can use any millet) soak it along with Methi seeds for 4-5 hours.
💠 Dal, one cup mixed dals, Soak it for 4-5 hrs
💠 One table spoon flax seed powder.
💠 Veggies (capsicum, carrot, onion, ginger, curry patta, green coriander leaves) finely chopped.
🍁 Coarsely grind the millet and mixed dals without water.
🍁 In a kadai, saute the veggies and add them to the mixture.
🍁 Add salt, chilli flakes, fax seed powder.
🍁 In an oven, sprinkle sesame seeds.
🍁 Pre heat oven at 180 degrees, on a dish greased with ghee,for 10mins, flip it after 5mins
Serve with green chutney or roasted 🍅 chutney. Or any chutney of your choice.
