About the Recipe
Ragi Idli is a nutritious and delicious steamed cake made using finger millet flour and urad dal.
This is a great way to include superfood finger millet in your diet.

Ingredients
๐ธ1 Cup Ragi flour (Finger Millet)
๐ธ1/2 Cup Whole Urad Dal
๐ธ1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
๐ธSalt for taste
Preparation
๐Soak urad dal for about 2 to 3 hrs.
After 2 hours grind to a smooth paste with water.
๐Mix finger millet flour with urad dal batter
๐Keep the batter in a warm place for 8-10 hours or overnight to ferment.
After fermentation, add salt, mix well.
Grease idli maker with some oil and fill with idli batter. Make fluffy ragi idli๐
Serve with sambar or chutney of your choice.
