Ragi idli with veggies sambar + chutney

Ragi Idli is a nutritious and delicious steamed cake made using finger millet flour and urad dal.

This is a great way to include superfood finger millet in your diet.

Ingredients

🌸1 Cup Ragi flour (Finger Millet)

🌸1/2 Cup Whole Urad Dal

🌸1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

🌸Salt for taste

Preparation

🎀Soak urad dal for about 2 to 3 hrs.

After 2 hours grind to a smooth paste with water.

🎀Mix finger millet flour with urad dal batter

🎀Keep the batter in a warm place for 8-10 hours or overnight to ferment.


After fermentation, add salt, mix well.


Grease idli maker with some oil and fill with idli batter. Make fluffy ragi idli🎈

Serve with sambar or chutney of your choice.
