For this easy recipe,
Soak 1 cup black urad dal with 3 tbsp of methi seeds
Soak 2 cups whole jowar separately for 6 to 8hrs
Grind it to a smooth paste and add a small quantity of cooked little millet/soaked poha to it for extra softness
Leave overnight for fermentation
Serve with chutney or sambhar of your choice
