Jowar Idli

For this easy recipe,

  • Soak 1 cup black urad dal with 3 tbsp of methi seeds

  • Soak 2 cups whole jowar separately for 6 to 8hrs

  • Grind it to a smooth paste and add a small quantity of cooked little millet/soaked poha to it for extra softness

  • Leave overnight for fermentation

Serve with chutney or sambhar of your choice
