Lettuce Salad

A quick healthy salad for an amazing day!

  • Bring together all the veggies and fruits of your choice to add in the salad like cucumber onions, bell peppers, tomato, apple, coriander/celery leaves, etc

  • Add some boiled kidney beans or bengal gram

  • Prepare the dressing with olive oil, crushed black pepper, himalayan salt, oregano, chilli flakes, crushed garlic and some lemon and orange juice. Go for home made salad dressing as the market bought ones are loaded with preservatives.

  • Garnish it with crunchy lettuce leaves

  • You can add sunflower seeds/ pumpkin seeds/roasted peanuts for extra crunch and taste

  • Serve it fresh
