Do:
Machine wash with warm water, approximately 30 celsius, at least 2x per month if you’re using the bedsheet regularly. Washing in warm water strips sweat and natural skin oils from the silver, keeping it conductive. Dry in a dryer on low, or preferably line dry
Do Not:
Don’t wash with bleach or fabric softeners.
Don’t use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil.
Don’t use dryer sheet fabric softeners.
Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin immediately before touching the bedsheet as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time
