About the Recipe
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
½ teaspoon cumin
1 small katori boiled & mashed chickpeas
1 tbsp tomato puree
Chopped coriander leaves - few Rock Salt - as required
Chop onion & garlic finely
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, pressure cook them till it gets mushy
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté onion, garlic. Add mashed pumpkin into it and season with cumin, white pepper.
Now pour the mashed chickpeas into it and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Add tomato puree into it and stir it for a few minutes till it is completely cooked.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
