Ingredients
๐Drumstick - 5-6 pcs, cut into long pieces sliced in half
๐Ghee - 1 tsp
๐Shallots / Onion - 1/4 cup chopped finely
๐Garlic - 2 cloves
๐Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
๐Pepper powder to taste
๐Rock Salt to taste
๐Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped
Preparation
๐ฟPeel the drumsticks, Put them in a saucepan, cover with water. Cook till the drumstick is done.
๐ฟCool it down
๐ฟHeat ghee in a pot. Add onions and garlic and saute for a min.
๐ฟAdd cooked drumsticks
๐ฟTake it in a blender and puree it
๐ฟAdd cumin powder, salt and pepper.
๐ฟBring it to a boil.
๐ฟSimmer for 5 mins.
๐ฟAdd coriander leaves and mix well.
๐ฟGarnish with roasted melon and sesame seeds
