Ingredients

๐ŸƒDrumstick - 5-6 pcs, cut into long pieces sliced in half

๐ŸƒGhee - 1 tsp

๐ŸƒShallots / Onion - 1/4 cup chopped finely

๐ŸƒGarlic - 2 cloves

๐ŸƒCumin Powder - 1 tsp

๐ŸƒPepper powder to taste

๐ŸƒRock Salt to taste

๐ŸƒCoriander Leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped

Preparation

๐ŸŒฟPeel the drumsticks, Put them in a saucepan, cover with water. Cook till the drumstick is done.

๐ŸŒฟCool it down

๐ŸŒฟHeat ghee in a pot. Add onions and garlic and saute for a min.

๐ŸŒฟAdd cooked drumsticks

๐ŸŒฟTake it in a blender and puree it

๐ŸŒฟAdd cumin powder, salt and pepper.

๐ŸŒฟBring it to a boil.

๐ŸŒฟSimmer for 5 mins.

๐ŸŒฟAdd coriander leaves and mix well.

๐ŸŒฟGarnish with roasted melon and sesame seeds
