  • 1/2 cup creamy flesh of tender coconut

  • water

  • 10 curry leaves

  • Ginger

  • Rock salt

  • Cumin powder

  • Green chillies

  • lemon juice.


๐ŸƒTake 1/2 cup creamy flesh of tender coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ and blend with some water to get a thick coconut cream.

๐Ÿƒ Add 10 curry leaves ๐ŸŒฟ, Ginger, Rock salt, Cumin powder, Green chillies and lemon ๐Ÿ‹ juice.

๐ŸƒBlend all the ingredients to desired consistency

๐ŸƒYou can use coconut milk/ almond milk as well in place of coconut cream

๐ŸƒYou can keep it in your fridge for about 3-4 days.
