Let's check out an easy & quick smoothie bowl recipe which makes for a delicious and healthy breakfast!
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp matcha powder
3-4 pitted dates
2-3 tbsp almond butter
150 ml almond milk
For topping:
Roasted coconut
Chopped walnuts
Berries
Any freshly chopped fruit
Homemade granola (optional)
Preparation
Blend dates and nut butter together
Add in matcha and almond milk, then blend.
Add in frozen banana and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, add your favourite toppings, enjoy!
