Start your day with this mindful smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 150 ml almond milk

  • 1 Small banana

  • ½ Cup apple cider

  • ½ Cup fresh / dry cranberries (can be soaked)

  • 2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped pista

  • 1 Handful spinach

  • 2 Tablespoon soaked chia seeds

  • ¼ Teaspoon organic vanilla extract

  • ¼ Teaspoon cinnamon

  • 5 Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
