About the Recipe


  • 50 g chopped almonds

  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • 25g chopped walnuts

  • ½ tsp dry ginger powder

  • 4-5 dates, pitted

  • ½ cup shredded coconut

  • ¼ cup sesame seed powder


  1. In a food processor, combine the nuts and grounded ginger powder.

  2. Add the almond butter, pitted dates & shredded coconut.

  3. Nicely beat the mixture until well combined.

  4. Roll into 1″balls. Take the powdered sesame seeds in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the bowl to coat with sesame seed powder.

  5. Enjoy the nutty flavoured ladoo with your family.
