Ingredients are available in the instructions below.
🍀Extract 1 cup thick coconut milk or almond milk
🍀Soak 1/4 cup chia seeds in it
🍀Blend unsweetened coconut powder, 2 tbsps unsweetened peanut butter /unsweetened cashew butter.
🍀Add few deseeded dates. Can add raw unpasteurised wild honey. This step is Optional.
🍀Add it to the chia seeds mixture
🍀Add chopped papaya or any seasonal fruits like strawberries or kiwi.
🍀Chill and have it as a snack or dessert 😁
