Red Rice Idiyappam

🎀Then knead the mixture until smooth. This needs to be done while it's still hot.
🎀Shape like a log and pass it through a kitchen press using the sev attachment.
🎀 Do this on an oiled plate or idli mould.
Steam for 10 mins. Voila!
Mangalore bean stew

🎀Pressure cook them with rock salt. This can also be done without pressure cooking but will take much longer.

🎀 Then add mustard, cumin seeds and hing.
🎀 Mix well and add dry red chillies and curry leaves 🌿
🎀Toss in the cooked beans with the water they're cooked in. Add more water, if needed. 🎀Make a slurry with 1 tsp rice flour and add that for a bit of thickness.
🎀 Add rock salt as needed 🧂
🎀Once off the flame, sprinkle freshly chopped coriander 🍀and grated coconut 🥥 lavishly
