Here is an easy recipe to incorporate this superfood in a hot beverage. Let's get started with caffeine free vanilla latte

Ingredients

  • 500ml Hot water

  • 2 Tsp ghee

  • 2 Tbsp organic coconut oil or MCT oil

  • 1 Tsp unsweetened vanilla powder or extract

  • ½ Tsp cinnamon powder

  • ¼ Tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 Tsp organic cacao powder

  • Add jaggery to taste

Preparation

Blend all ingredients till smooth.
