Chinese style millet pulao

Ingredients

  • Millet of your choice

  • favourite veggies

  • 2 tsp oil,

  • Ginger

  • Chillies

  • Garlic

  • onions

  • miso paste

  • Rice vinegar

  • Salt and pepper

  • Spring onions

Preparation

Kodo Millet Chinese Style🍲

🍁Cook millet of your choice and keep aside

🍁 Pick your favourite veggies and chop them into thin slices

🍁 Heat 2 tsp oil, add finely chopped ginger chillies, garlic

🍁 Add onions and saute on high heat followed by all the veggies

🍁 Saute and cook covered for a minute

🍁 Add 2 tsp of miso paste and mix well

🍁 De-glaze the pan with some rice vinegar

🍁 Add salt and pepper

🍁 Add cooked millet and saute for a minute

🍀Garnish with some freshly chopped spring onions and serve it hot 🔥
