About the Recipe
Ingredients
Sorghum flour - 2 tbsp
Carrot boiled & chopped - 1 no
Apple peeled, chopped & boiled - 1 no
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Water - as required
Rock Salt & pepper as per taste
Preparation
Heat the pan, pour 2 cup of water, let it boil for 2-3 mins
Add sorghum flour slowly & stir with a wooden spoon continuously till it gets cooked.
Add boiled apple and carrot, one after another & stir it
After a while, Add ½ cup of boiling water if the consistency is thick, add the ghee and turn the stove off. Please serve warm.
