Millet Carrot Apple Stew

About the Recipe


Ingredients

  • Sorghum flour - 2 tbsp

  • Carrot boiled & chopped - 1 no

  • Apple peeled, chopped & boiled - 1 no

  • Ghee - 1 tbsp

  • Water - as required

  • Rock Salt & pepper as per taste

Preparation

  • Heat the pan, pour 2 cup of water, let it boil for 2-3 mins

  • Add sorghum flour slowly & stir with a wooden spoon continuously till it gets cooked.

  • Add boiled apple and carrot, one after another & stir it

  • After a while, Add ½ cup of boiling water if the consistency is thick, add the ghee and turn the stove off. Please serve warm.
