Bright Yum Salad

Healthy food doesn't have to be dull and neither does it have to be complex. This quick amazing salad recipe will quiver your taste buds.

  • Chop 1 apple, 1/2 onion & 1 beetroot finely.

  • Sprinkle few roasted peanuts and pumpkin seeds for crunchiness

  • Garnish with a spoon of flax seeds for healthy Omega 3

  • Dressing of Half lemon juice, black salt and black pepper powder
