Healthy Lean Bean Salad

Keep your healthy plan easy with this simple yet delicious recipe!

  • Chop 1 Cucumber, 1/2 Onion, 1/2 Yellow and Green capsicum, 1 Tomato, 1/2 Avocado.

  • Add boiled Kidney beans (rajma), Sprouts and Corn

  • A spoon of powdered flax seeds for healthy Omega 3

  • Homemade dressing : 2 spoon of Olive oil, 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice, rock salt and black pepper as per taste

  • For crunch, add some roasted peanuts

  • And for tanginess add some home made mustard sauce
