Add boiled Kidney beans (rajma), Sprouts and Corn
A spoon of powdered flax seeds for healthy Omega 3
Homemade dressing : 2 spoon of Olive oil, 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice, rock salt and black pepper as per taste
For crunch, add some roasted peanuts
And for tanginess add some home made mustard sauce
