Chop cucumber, beetroot, tomato, onions
Add boiled black gram (chana), kidney beans (rajma), green sprouts
Add a few pieces of watermelon, papaya and half avocado
Garnish with a few soaked almonds, sabja seeds and roasted peanuts
A spoon of powdered flax seeds for healthy Omega 3
Add some lettuce leaves for the crunch.
Homemade dressing : 2 spoon of Olive oil, 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice, rock salt and black pepper as per taste. Can add home made mustard sauce for some tanginess
